Matthew Gallman has managed end-to-end development for over $35 million
in real estate assets, directing project budgets, financials, and
relationships
with architects, contractors, and engineers. He has extensive experience in
project organisation, oversight, sustainability, and environmental needs
from
managing Department of Defence real estate assets.
Transitioning to regional land use planning, he spearheaded four influential
land use plans and ensured alignment of urban development regulations with
North Carolina State Law as a project manager for seven municipal
development regulation updates. His efforts have streamlined development
procedures and reduced regulatory ambiguities, benefiting the real estate
community throughout North Carolina. Matthew holds a degree in Urban
Studies from the College of Charleston, is a NCAZO Certified Zoning
Administrator, and a member of the American Planning Association.
